Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"!

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. All of our instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.

We offer Stroller Strides® classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9:30 in CJ Kelly Park. On bad/cold weather days we'll be at Midland Park Mall.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Stroller Barre® classes are offered Monday and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 am in CJ Kelly Park. On bad/cold weather days we will be in Midland Park Mall.

•Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started?

•Are you looking to meet other women and find some running buddies?

•Do you need help staying motivated to run?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE. You will learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and even choosing the right shoe. This is also one of the only training programs to allow strollers!! Bring little ones or don't!

Sessions run for 8 weeks and lead up to a local 5K-10K race. Throughout the session, members will receive a progressive training program to get them to the final race. A certified run coach will conduct class 2 times a week covering interval walk/runs, strength training, and drills to increase distance, speed, and endurance. On non-class days, your instructor and group will help motivate you to run and workout for that weeks training.

We also encourage mama to bring a spouse to train with and for encouragement! Check out our "Couples Pass"!!

This festive run is through Grasslands Estates. There will be amazing goody bags, Santa, food trucks, hot cocoa, cookies, and Christmas lights! Each finisher receives a medal and a t-shirt. THIS RUN IS FESTIVE! DRESS UP AND DECORATE YOURSELVES, STROLLERS, AND EVEN YOUR DOG!!

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. By joining Our Village Mom's Club in your area, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Our Village, powered by Stroller Strides, consists of three essential components:

1. Free Playgroups (once per week) Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity.
2. Moms’ Nights Out (once per month) This is a time for moms! The goal is to provide an activity to allow your moms group to re-discover adult conversation and personal passions.
3. “Moms with a Mission” (once per quarter) Our goal is to provide you with a platform to help better the community where you live and play. We organize and inspire members to participate in activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment.more
